YourCampus Edu is a counselling and education guidance platform not an e-commerce store. This policy applies to paid counselling sessions and event registrations.

1. What This Policy Covers

• Paid one-on-one counselling sessions
• Event and seminar registrations
• Value-added program fees

Free services are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellations by Student/Parent

• More than 48 hours: Full refund
• 2448 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

All timings are calculated in IST.

3. Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled if informed at least 24 hours prior. Additional rescheduling may incur a small fee.

4. Cancellation by YourCampus Edu

• Advance notification will be provided
• Full refund OR free rescheduling

5. Event & Seminar Refunds

• 7+ days: Full refund
• 36 days: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

If event is cancelled by us Full refund within 7 days.

6. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• Service already delivered
• Admission rejection
• Outside cancellation window
• Free services
• No-show
